My set is missing a piece. How do I get the missing part?
If you purchased a brand new set, the we recommend contacting LEGO Customer Service to let them know. They will usually send you the missing part for free.
If you purchased one of our boxed pre-owned sets, and you are missing a piece, please email us and we will get the part to you.
Our pre-built sets are sold "as-is". That means we have inspected it to ensure it's as complete as possible. Some sets are sold without Minifigures or missing accessories and are priced accordingly.
Do you sell Gift Cards?
Yes. You can purchase Gift Cards online or in store. To purchase online, visit our Shopping page and scroll to the bottom. If you purchase a Gif Card in the store, we package it in a small gift bag with a Bottomless Bricks bracelet and sticker; perfect for a last minute gift!
